Peripatetic Care Home Manager
for our Northern Region. You will be responsible for supporting Care Home Managers to drive premium care quality and compliance across the region, in addition to managing a specific care home in the absence of a Home Manager if required. Your role will include overseeing all elements of residents’ care, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and driving business opportunities, and maintaining budgets and controlling costs. Role Requirements A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Home Manager within a dementia setting An Adult Social Care qualification of level 5 or above (level 4 Registered Managers Award will be considered if willing to complete level 5) Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a demonstrated record of achieving Good/Outstanding ratings Passionate about delivering and developing high standards of person-centred care Demonstrated marketing and business development skills within the private care sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, professionals, and home teams The ability to travel to the following areas: Tyne and Wear, Durham, West Yorkshire, and South Yorkshire In Return, We Offer Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus £4,200 car allowance 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Excellent training and progression opportunities from day one, with career pathways to enable you to grow and develop Recognition schemes, such as ‘Making a Difference’ and an annual awards ceremony Access to Blue Light Discount Card & App Access to our 24/7 Employee Support Hub offering confidential support on personal and professional issues About Orchard Care Homes Orchard Care Homes has a network of 23 care homes and has been providing care for older people for over 15 years.
