Join Our Team as a Nursery Nurse (SEN Support) in Kidderminster - Make a REAL Difference!

Location: Kidderminster, West Midlands Position: Full-time/Part-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career where you can make a lasting impact on young children's lives? Do you have the passion and experience to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and exciting environment? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for YOU!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team in Kidderminster. In this role, you'll work with children who are at the very start of their learning journey, providing them with the support and encouragement they need to thrive. Every day is different, and your work will truly help shape their future!

Why You'll Love This Role:

Be the Difference:

You will play a pivotal role in the lives of children with SEN, helping them grow, learn, and shine in a supportive, inclusive environment. A Positive, Fun Workplace:

Join a team of passionate and driven individuals who share your commitment to making a difference in children's lives. We believe in creating an exciting, fun, and supportive environment for both children and staff! Professional Growth:

We're committed to your personal and professional development. You'll have access to ongoing training, career progression opportunities, and the chance to build a rewarding career in early years education. Make Every Day Count:

No two days are the same! You'll have the opportunity to bring your creativity and energy to work every day, helping children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring each child's individual needs are met and their potential is nurtured. Assist in creating and delivering engaging, fun activities that support learning in all areas, from communication and motor skills to social-emotional development. Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop personalised learning plans and strategies that help children succeed. Support children throughout their daily routines, from mealtimes to playtime, always prioritising their happiness, well-being, and safety. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues - making sure every child feels valued and cared for.

What We're Looking For: Experience with SEN: We are looking for someone with experience working with children with SEN, or a strong passion for supporting children with additional needs. A Love for Early Years: If you're passionate about working with young children and committed to helping them grow, we want you on our team! Qualifications: A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, but your enthusiasm, dedication, and experience are what really matter, with a good understanding of The EYFS and Development Matters. A Team Player: You'll be working alongside an incredible team of professionals - strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. Patience and Empathy: Every child is unique, and we need someone who can show understanding, patience, and creativity to meet their individual needs.

Why You'll LOVE Working with Us: A Team That Cares: You'll join a supportive, friendly team that celebrates each other's successes and provides a fun, positive work environment. Amazing Opportunities for Growth: Access to continuous training and development to help you advance your career in early years education. Competitive Pay & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary based on your experience, plus great benefits that reflect your hard work and dedication. Great Location: We're based in Oldbury, with excellent transport links and a great local community.

If you're ready to bring your energy, passion, and skills to a role where you'll make a real impact on the lives of children with SEN, we'd love to hear from you!

How to Apply: Send your CV and a cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit for this role.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. We are an equal opportunities employer.
