Senior Support Workers
to join our growing staff teams in our Residential Homes. Our teams bring experience and expertise to enable them to deliver quality services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism by supporting them to achieve their dreams and aspirations. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the staffing team to meet the care and support needs of our service users, assisting in their day-to-day activities within the home and in the community. You will also support and assist the management team with the home and undertake delegated responsibilities in line with your role. As well as job fulfilment and playing a key part in the journey of the individuals we support, we also offer additional employee incentives including: Fun days and Annual Staff Awards events. Employee reward scheme. Birthday, Christmas, Easter and ‘just because’ gifts. Discounted gym membership. Mental health wellbeing support. Paid in-house training plus further learning and development opportunities. 5.6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, which increases with length of service.
