As a Home Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home. Ensure compliance with CQC standards. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Develop and implement care plans for residents. Foster a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents. Liaise with families and healthcare professionals.

For the Home Manager role, the ideal candidate will have: An NMC nursing pin, ideally. Experience in home management within an elderly care setting. A proven track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager. An NVQ in social care management. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
