Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will require you to work both inside and outside of the classroom. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a child in this role. Furthermore, you will also be working with other children who may have similar needs. You will support smaller groups of children who are lower ability and require additional academic support. As an assistant teacher for students with special needs, you may provide interventions outside the classroom. Assist your teacher with daily classroom tasks and participate in classroom activities under their guidance. The School
