If so, we invite you to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. This is a challenging yet deeply rewarding role where you'll work within a residential setting to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. Many of those in our care have experienced significant challenges in their lives, including trauma, neglect, or family breakdown. Your role will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where they can build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to making a difference. While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, resilience, and commitment to the children in your care. We have Full-time, Part-time, and Casual positions available in our homes near Chard, Ilminster, Taunton, and Wellington. Job Types:
