Senior Contracts Manager – FM
Anderselite are sourcing a Senior Contracts Manager for a vastly growing FM company in the Northwest.
Are you feeling like opportunities are few and far between where you are? Do you think your career needs a boost? Do you have end to end project lifecycle experience for hard FM contracts?
You will become a part of a strong and experienced FM team with profit shares within the company, making this role suitable for an experienced contracts manager aspiring to reach director level.
Responsibilities
Part share in looking after a £2,000,000 turnover business Liaising directly with the internal senior management team to help develop the operations of the business whilst maximizing growth opportunities Producing quotes to the customer and processing these through the CAFM system Visiting client sites to complete condition surveys Organizing materials to site where applicable Helping to run the service desk, liaising and managing a team of 2 service coordinators Invoicing through the CAFM system Being proactive wherever possible to help the company achieve its goals Dealing with in-house engineers as well as some sub-contractors Running and attending progress meetings, both internal and external
Experience At least 5 years’ experience in a management role in an HVAC FM environment Ideally, you will have some form of building services qualification with time served on the tools Understanding of HVAC equipment functioning in commercial buildings (office, hospital, etc.) A proactive mindset, with ambition to aid the growth and development of the company Ability to communicate at all levels and experience in senior management and making business decisions as part of a team or independently Good business acumen; experience in helping run a company would be a huge advantage but not essential
Benefits Excellent salary range between £50,000-£60,000 Car/Car allowance of £6,000 Profit shares within the company (bonus to be discussed) Healthcare 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising by 1 day for each year of service Buy and sell holidays Pension Flexible working Modern offices with kitchen facilities
