We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Planning and Insight Manager to join our team. What you would be doing

This role is within the Research, Strategy and Funding team within Strategic Planning. You will be responsible for managing the preparation of annual statutory funding returns, analysing and communicating key messages relating to OfS funding and Government communications, and analysing and modelling HESA data. You will also lead on preparing a range of other management information and reports which include policy analysis, strategic reporting and using dashboards to share and present information. In this role, you will also help coordinate Departmental Reviews of Imperial’s academic departments and report on Imperial’s annual performance in key measures. You will have management responsibilities for the work and duties of other team members within Strategic Planning. What we are looking for

To do this successfully, you will: Have experience analysing complex datasets and visualising the emerging themes succinctly, preferably with PowerBI experience; Have a strong eye for detail, with the ability to juggle a busy/varied workload to tight deadlines; Demonstrate knowledge of, and an interest in, the higher education sector and the key issues it faces; Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills; Have a methodical approach to problem solving and analysis.
