1. Contract Management and Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timely delivery of obligations. Drive day-to-day operations while overseeing strategic delivery of the contract. Mitigate risks by identifying and resolving contractual issues promptly. 2. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, manage, and develop a team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with business objectives. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure successful project delivery. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to enhance team skills and productivity. 3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention. 4. Financial Management and P&L Responsibility:

Monitor the financial performance of contracts, including revenue, costs, and profitability. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to contracts. Ensure adherence to financial targets and identify areas for cost optimisation. 5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:

Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights into contract performance and opportunities. Regularly report to senior leadership on contract performance, risks, and improvement plans. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes in contract management. Required Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong grasp of financial metrics. Proficient in relevant software and tools for contract and financial management. Key Competencies:
