Salary:
£30,000-£44,000 full-time equivalent salary + NHS Pension + Indemnity Covered + 6 weeks holiday (bank holidays excluded)
The Surgery:
Well-established GP training practice A passionate team of multi-disciplined clinicians, including other Practice Nurses Excellent management setup Practice with superb condition with 2 minor surgery suites Forward-thinking; always developing technologically and clinically Highly recommended by patients (97% recommended) Strong, organised and dedicated admin team Your Role:
Part-time role - 4 days per week No fixed hours! (can work short days) Traditional Practice Nurse responsibilities, with Chronic Disease Management experience being highly desirable All pre-booked appointments All face-to-face appointments Light patient workload Your own clinical room with flexibility around how your day is structured No extended hours requirement No home visiting requirement The Benefits:
