Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, exceptional service, and the achievement of sales targets. Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Use your design expertise to assist customers in creating beautiful living spaces, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty. Collaborate with the team to maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic. Train and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and product knowledge. Actively contribute to sales through expert product guidance and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Requirements: Experience in a supervisory role within a premium or luxury retail environment. A passion for furniture, interior design, and creating exceptional shopping experiences. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising flair. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
