We are looking for motivated, compassionate, and caring individuals to join our ever-growing team of Support Workers!

We are a team of local individuals who strive to enhance the lives of the elderly/vulnerable and their families within our community. We tailor our support to match our clients’ needs and deliver it with a positive and flexible approach to enable them to live independently or regain independence within their own homes.

We provide various types of physical and emotional support such as general cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, cooking/preparing meals, medication support, companionship, accessing the community, and attending appointments.

We currently have multiple hours available within the Tewkesbury borough vicinity, which includes Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and their surrounding areas such as Bishops Cleeve, Ripple, Twyning, Bredon, and more. Due to this and the nature of this role, a full driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.

The right candidate will have a positive, caring approach with a patient and friendly manner. They will be able to use their initiative and demonstrate a good work ethic while showing respect to our clients, their families, and their homes at all times.

Full and part-time hours available.

Experience is ideal but not a necessity as all training will be provided.

£11.44-£13.73 per hour

5 – 25 per week

Work days:

Monday to Friday

Weekends only
