Reporting to the Head of PMO you will be responsible for: Line management responsibilities including conducting day-to-day line management duties for all members of the team and ensuring the development of all members of the team through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training as well as coordinating formal training requirements. Support and ensure the production of quality, coherent, and aligned Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, RAID, and Document Control outputs by all members of the team. Ensuring projects are baselined, fully logic linked, cost and resourced loaded plans in line with the WBS and cost estimate/model, with suitable contingencies and mitigations in place aligned with RAID registers. RAID and Documentation Registers that are aligned with the remaining scope of work and all relevant RAID events and Documents are captured and forecast correctly in the control schedule and cost model. Suitably detailed and justified cost estimates for all work packages, used as the basis of budgets in the cost model, with contingencies and mitigations in place aligned with RAID registers.
