Care First 24 is currently seeking Paediatric Complex Care Assistants who can access the Oxfordshire area on new packages of care. We are offering market-leading pay rates and are looking to build a supportive care team to work with this young person.
You will be supported by our in-house Paediatric/Children’s Clinical Lead as well as an experienced Paediatric/Children’s Care Coordinator in delivering a solid care experience for the young person and families involved.
Tasks Care package requirements could include:
Tracheostomy care and management
Ventilation via tracheostomy
Nocturnal BiPap and Humidification (Non-invasive ventilator)
Medication administration
Personal care (wash, nappy change etc.)
Suctioning (Yankeur/Deep Suctioning)
PEG Feeding
Diabetes blood monitoring
Oxygen therapy
Catheterisation
Care and Use of Dual port - Gastro-Jej
Requirements Schedule:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability
Experience:
Paediatrics: 1 year (required)
