We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual who will inspire and guide our students on their learning journey at Walderslade & Greenacre Schools Partnership. A good standard of education is essential, along with experience of working with children of a relevant age. You will inspire students to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with students who require additional support or have specific learning needs. Conducting regular assessments and tracking student progress. Collaborating with teachers and parents. Providing support with the management of busy corridors, assisting students who have been exited from their classroom. Supporting students on out-of-school transfers by attending meetings and visiting students. Assisting the internal reflection space team in managing student behavior and demonstrating high standards. Supporting students back into lessons after spending time on external school transfers and internal reflection space time.
