A General Practice Nurse . ideally with some experience in CDM,Cytology,Imms and Vaccs and Health Checks, Wound care etc. We would consider a newly qualified Practice Nurse and support development in special interests. Person Specification
Qualifications
BSc/PG Cert in practice nursing or similiar Experience in chronic disease management in general practice an advantage Experience
Experience with CDM especially Diabetic Checks an advantage . Additional Training will be supported. Experience of working in a primary care setting Disclosure and Barring Service Check
