Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. Provide expert legal advice on a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasehold matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
