Are you an experienced and driven Administrator? We are looking for someone to join the team and provide a full administrative service to the Sirona ALDHS. Your role will be supporting the multi-disciplinary team in the North Somerset locality and will be responsible for supporting the service across localities and pathways as needed. Main duties of the job

You will support effective and efficient delivery of the administration processes, including appointment booking, referral registration, caseload management, clinical outcome actions, and onward referral to other providers. This may include the use of various systems, including our electronic notes system (EMIS). Working for our organisation

Qualifications and Training

NVQ 3 in administration, or equivalent demonstrable experience Numeracy and Literacy level 2 qualification or equivalent demonstrable skills Willingness to undertake training required for the role Skills, Knowledge and Experience

How to handle information confidentially and securely A range of administrative processes (typing, minute taking, photocopying, scanning, filing, mail management, greeting visitors). Able to work well in a team environment but also acts on own initiative Administration work relevant to the position applied for Working in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation Experience using EMIS Employer certification / accreditation badges

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
