Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) is currently accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist (or Clinical Trainee) to serve students of all ages enrolled in the Rum River Special Education Cooperative (RRSEC) schools. This position would split time between the Cambridge and Milaca campuses. Why work for LCFS? Primary Duties : Provide clinical mental health services to students and their families within school district buildings along with in-home and community settings as needed Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy or skills training to students and their families Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner Attend school meetings and collaborate with school personnel Be able to work independently and organize and maintain client appointments Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner Demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR system and Microsoft Products Other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements : Master’s degree in one of the following behavioral science fields (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or related field) Licensure completed OR on licensure track as LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in the State of Minnesota Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record Must pass criminal background check completed through MN DHS (including fingerprints and photograph)
