A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Marketing Manager for a fixed term, to cover a period of maternity leave. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining the growth and visibility of our Stellar brand and values through innovative marketing strategies, sales outreach, and effective partnership relationship management. This role is key in shaping how we communicate our brand values, nurture relationships, and deliver measurable impact across a variety of platforms and audiences.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing and content creation Manage LinkedIn and Instagram posting strategies, ensuring engaging and on-brand content. Develop comprehensive content plans and social calendars. Write blog articles for the website and convert them in bitesize formats to be shared to our community. Create and write impactful Whitepapers tailored for retail leaders. Craft original internal Newsletter content and oversee design execution. Organise Panel Events / Marketing Events and develop/deliver comprehensive communication plans around them. Brief and coordinate design requirements, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Develop and update Sales credentials to support sales outreach. Prepare relevant Awards submissions. Oversee effective trade press and PR outreach to enhance visibility. Oversee marketing communications initiatives, including tracking, engaging, and contacting potential leads. Support client teams in preparing compelling pitch decks and sales proposals for client opportunities. Oversee partnership management and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Actively participate in networking events and retailer visits to strengthen relationships. What we are looking for

Previous experience as Marketing Manager from retail sector Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strategic thinking to drive results while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong expertise in content creation and marketing communications. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot and social media platforms. Ability to create impactful content, proposals, and engaging presentations. What we offer

Competitive salary Fixed term - to cover maternity leave Full time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm) or could consider part-time hours Hybrid working (work from London Bridge at least twice a week, and from home) 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Half a day paid time off at the end of each month on a Friday/Monday Discretionary bonus Medical cash plan - that allows you to claim back money spent on private treatments and appointments (e.g. dentist, diagnostic tests, etc).
