9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break) Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist to join a renowned private hospital in Lincoln. This role is ideal for a qualified pharmacist with experience in a hospital setting, looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications. Review patient prescriptions and medical records, providing advice on the correct use of drugs. Monitor patient medication regimens and provide consultations to healthcare teams. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for patients. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient safety. Requirements: Must have hospital pharmacy experience. Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Excellent communication and team-working skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy settings, ideally in a wards-based role. Benefits: Competitive pay rate of £27 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella). Full-time, Monday to Friday position. 30-minute break during working hours.
