Responsibilities:
Conduct survey and valuation work. Ensure high standards of professionalism and productivity. Maintain detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology. Demonstrate strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment. Minimum Requirements:
Experience in Residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3. Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS. Passion for personal development.
