We are looking for a Full time Trainee Ecologist on a two year programme, and on completion a permanent basis at Scientist (Ecologist) grade

As a Trainee Ecologist for the Ecology Assessment Unit, your role will include: Training in ecological sampling Training in freshwater invertebrate identification and interpretation Training in field investigations and reporting

Respect for your expertise In order to carry out the tasks required of this post you will have: A current, full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant biological science discipline You will be a good communicator You will be well organised, with good time management and prioritisation skills You will be computer literate particularly in Microsoft products
