to find an organised and proactive

Stores Coordinator

who will help ensure their warehousing operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Role: The Stores Coordinator will work closely with the Stores Controller and plays a vital role in managing stock across both on-site and remote storage facilities. You'll also support the implementation of new systems, ensure accurate order fulfilment, and coordinate logistics with third-party couriers.

Key Responsibilities: Stock Management:

Oversee on-site and remote inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and well-organised storage. Systems Implementation:

Work with barcoding systems and support the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Order Fulfilment:

Ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time. Logistics Coordination:

Arrange bookings with third-party couriers for smooth delivery processes. Process Improvement:

Assist in refining fulfilment and inventory workflows as the business grows. Team Collaboration:

Partner with the Stores Controller and team members to maintain an efficient, positive work environment.

Essential Skills & Experience: At least

2 years of experience

in stock and inventory management. Familiarity with barcoding systems and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with shipping and export processes. Proven track record of working effectively with third-party couriers. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team. A proactive, problem-solving approach.

Package & Details: Salary:

25,000 - 30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location:

On-site in Dinnington, 5 days per week. Right to Work:

Candidates must hold full UK Right to Work with no need for sponsorship now or in the future.
