Global Channel Program Specialist As a Global Channel Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing channel programs for PPE in Europe and support other regions, including US&C, LATAM, Meta and APAC. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. By collaborating with channel partners and Sales leaders you will develop joint marketing programs, drive demand generation activities, and ensure the success of our channel programs. You will report directly to our Customer Marketing Director. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success in reaching and engaging customers through various channels. Your expertise in channel marketing, program management, and relationship building will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication skills will be key in developing and implementing channel programs. By effectively managing the channel programs, you will contribute to Honeywell's position as a global PPE leader. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model. Duties Program Development:

Design, implement, and continuously refine the channel partner program to align with the company's strategic objectives. Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach. Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with regular updates, support, and resources. Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze the performance of channel partners, using metrics and KPIs to drive improvements and ensure alignment with business goals. Global data analytics:

Support the POS/Inventory data collection initiative, collect and aggregate channel data from various regions, prepare comprehensive reports that summarize findings and present them to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the Channel marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials and campaigns that support channel partner activities. Contract:

Partner with Legal on partner contract renewal according to Honeywell procedures and oversight. Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on the status and performance of the channel program to senior management. Key skills and qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a diverse audience. Technical Proficiency:

Working proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar and comprehension of the company's products and services, as well as the broader industry landscape. Relationship Building:

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders. Project Management & Adaptability:

Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions.
