What you’ll do

Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we’re offering a 6-month full-time paid internship in our Customer Success department as Customer Success Intern.

We’re looking for Customer Success interns who are passionate about AI & Analytics and want to help our clients achieve maximum value from SAS software. As a Customer Success intern, you’ll build broad relationships with SAS customers to adopt and expand usage of the SAS software as well support our renewal strategy.

Our Customer Success teams serve as trusted advisors, guiding our customers towards successful adoption and modernisation of their SAS software. They work closely with clients in a consultative approach, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives to create a tailored success strategy throughout the post-sale lifecycle.

Furthermore, our Customer Success teams play a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and execution of timely renewal plans, managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.

Required qualifications.

You’re a university student enrolled in an accredited program or new graduates (tech OR business degrees preferred)

You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

CareerStart Program dates:

1st April - 30th September 2025 (we can have some flexibility regarding start/finish dates)

Location:

Marlow, UK. We offer a hybrid approach to work.
