About The Role

Position Summary

As Bid Manager, you will be tasked with the preparation of winning bids, pitch presentations, and proposals. You will be required to work across the Business Development and Customer Growth functions, aligning resources based on priorities and working to challenging deadlines to deliver successfully for customers.

Role Mission

Claranet UK’s strategy is to grow revenue primarily from our existing customer base and ensure all customers receive excellent customer experience. The Bid Manager plays a critical role in achieving these strategic objectives through ensuring the production of high-quality bid content with consistent messaging delivered in a timely manner to our customers.

Objectives and Key Results

Drive standardisation of bid materials to ensure consistent customer messaging and experience. Leverage insights from win/loss analysis to improve future bid responses. Ensure timely delivery of quality bid materials. About You

Behavioural competencies – organisational and behavioural fit

Flexible and creative to take considered risks. Learn and adapt quickly to changing situations. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Ability to travel to different sites and locations as required. Manages conflict and challenges in an open and constructive manner. Critical competencies – technical fit

Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills. Experience in a Bid/Proposal management environment. An ability to write and edit high-quality and compelling content to tight deadlines is essential. Experience with leveraging existing content and materials to deliver consistent customer messaging.
