As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will range from risk management and resource planning to cultivating robust customer relationships. You're a proven leader of technical projects, with experience of working in a dynamic engineering or manufacturing environment. Composites knowledge is a bonus, but your strong technical problem-solving skills and passion for technology development will set you up for success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, maintain project plans, and adhere to quality and safety standards. It’s great if you have done your PFQ but if not, we can support you to ensure success.
