Recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager. The ideal candidate would be a person who can provide strong leadership to current branch staff, ensuring and fostering a supportive environment. You will be: Someone who can set clear boundaries. Someone who can oversee the day-to-day running of the office. Completely up to date with CQC regulations and requirements. Able to build and maintain relationships with internal staff, clients, and outside agencies. Able to implement change, complete regular auditing, both internally and externally. Prepared to take part in community activities locally to the office. Identify and mitigate risks. Supportive and encourage the professional development of staff members through training opportunities, certifications, and career advancement pathways. Responsible for ensuring budgets are met and exceeded, including revenue projections, expense management, resource allocation, and ensuring financial sustainability and profitability. You MUST have: Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting. Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service. Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively. A full driving license is required. You will be part of a large organization, ensuring you will have lots of ongoing support and development opportunities. You will be required to have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS completed; the company will pay for this.
