Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in technology recruitment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure top-tier professionals for our prestigious clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, fostering relationships with both candidates and clients and contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and company culture. Find and win new clients through business development. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various AI and Cybersecurity roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent within the AI and Cyber domains. Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and Cybersecurity to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Requirements: 6+ months experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on AI or Cybersecurity sectors. Commutable distance to the office. Understanding of AI technologies, Cybersecurity practices, and market trends. New business ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
