Raise purchase orders and allocate asset numbers for new stock items to be received. Receive and handle invoices related to purchases. Ensure all asset sales and disposals are reviewed and approved. Enter new assets into the system, including the related transport costs. Requirements:
A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills for the prompt resolution of invoice enquiries. A proven ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Benefits:
