Job Description Registered Nurse - RGN/RMN

Night Shifts £20.00 per hour (with paid breaks) Hours: 36 hours per week Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship. Our client's Nursing and Dementia Care Home is set in an attractive, thoughtfully converted property; it has undergone major refurbishments, creating a safe, stable, and inviting environment. The home actively involves both staff and residents in day-to-day decision-making, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration. Our client is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team. This role is suited to a nurse with an active NMC Pin and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. In this supportive and resident-centred environment, you'll play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life while working closely with a team that values your expertise. Qualifications

NMC Pin Required: Active registration with the NMC and a Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) Experience in a nursing or dementia care setting (preferred) Strong clinical skills and a commitment to best practices in elderly care Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team Compassionate, proactive, and resident-focused approach to care Benefits and Rewards

Resident Care: Provide high-quality, individualized care that meets residents' unique needs and preferences. Medication Management: Safely administer and manage medications in line with regulatory standards. Team Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals and staff to deliver holistic and effective care. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all care activities.
