Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes. Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship. Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathise with patients. Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control, safeguarding, risk assessments & report writing. Holds a valid Manual Handling certificate (Preferred) Has a minimum of 12 months experience and/or holds a suitable social care qualification. Why Join Us?
