Leading the Delivery & Candidate team of 4, you will be accountable for the flow of labour, building labour pools in advance of our client's requirements.
Then, you will efficiently place labour onto projects, engaging both clients and candidates while managing expectations of both.
Utilising our tech stack to manage processes and oversee performance, you will lead and motivate the team, driving a culture of results while managing time effectively.
Skills required:
Experience as a team leader/manager Recruitment background Excellent communication Ability to multi-task while maintaining detail Remain calm in a busy, pressurised department Team player Proactive & can-do attitude
The applicant will report to the Managing Director and be part of the senior team.
Ongoing coaching and training will be provided to continuously improve.
