Supporting the Weapons Engineering Courses you will provide administration support for all student throughput.

What you'll be doing:
Providing administration support ensuring apprentices in the Royal Navy Apprenticeship Programme are progressing well
Coordinating activities for apprentices and support them to complete their training on time
Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, focusing on the success of the learners
Keeping management systems updated
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in an Administration/Coordination role
Ability to build rapports with stakeholders, at all levels
Experience within the military would be an advantage
Knowledge of database such as, JPA and TAFMIS, would be an advantage but not essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel and experience of using databases
Must be able to be security cleared to UK SC level
