About the Role We’re looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our small dedicated team. In this role, you’ll take charge of critical financial responsibilities, including: Financial Accounting & Reporting Producing accurate income statements and balance sheets with detailed commentary and KPIs. Preparing and presenting monthly balance sheet reconciliations to senior management. Forecasting & Budgeting Delivering monthly cost forecasts and contributing to the annual budget process. Supporting Head Office with timely financial insights. Operational Finance Excellence Managing daily bank reconciliations across sterling and Euro accounts. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting for funding requirements and audits. Business Partnership & Analysis Collaborating with our Finance Business Partner to provide commercial analysis that drives better decisions. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with: Part or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. Strong skills in
MS Excel
