Home based (1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)

A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and is looking to recruit a Fluent Dutch speaking Customer Care Administrator who enjoys Customer Service and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other Dutch Speaking Customer Care Administrators who all speak a variety of European languages. The Fluent Dutch speaking Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their Dutch customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Care Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service and show that they have the following skills:

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Must be fluent in both oral and written Dutch and English Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning

This role will be home-based; however, candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate can possibly be offered assistance and support. The role is shift-based and will involve a rotational shift pattern:
