Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Flexibility required) Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a tech-savvy professional with a passion for audiovisual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) technology to join one of our growing, global law clients as a Senior Technical Support Specialist team at their London office. In this role, the Senior Technical Support Specialist will support conference rooms and webcasting events, ensuring seamless technology integration and event success. This role provides an amazing opportunity for the ideal candidate to join one of London's fastest growing law firms and utilise their AV and VC knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive AV support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Facilitate high-profile VIP meetings and events, offering immediate in-person assistance. Manage daily operations of video conferencing platforms, including Zoom Rooms and LifeSize. Perform first-level editing for events and webinars, ensuring high-quality production. Collaborate with technology departments to maintain network connectivity and data security. Personal Specification:
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong technical skills across various AV and VC platforms. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking issues. Effective communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in desktop and AV/VC support.
