will support the finance team in the group’s construction and manufacturing divisions and the role will require a qualified, capable and experienced candidate. Commercial Finance Manager

include: Overseeing the monthly CVR process in conjunction with commercial managers Overseeing the financial reporting of all manufacturing and construction projects Ensuring accurate and timely billing of costs to the client, supporting commercial teams to minimise WIP and achieve cash collection targets Continually reviewing and analysing project commercial risk in conjunction with project surveyors Ensuring costs are accurately accrued within each period and overseeing/maintaining accurate processes and records to manage plant, material and subcontract ledgers, weekly timesheet records and expense payments Supporting as required on external client audits and financial audits Leading period end processes in line with project & group timetables Analysing of performance of business divisions, preparing and reviewing forecasts, profitability and cost reporting Ensuring full compliance with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and other relevant regulations Location:
