About the Role Are you open-minded and ready for a challenge? This is a busy role that will require you to work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. As the Branch Manager of our Engineering team based in Ashburton, you will report directly to our Operations Manager and lead the Engineering team. Your mission is to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. You will inspire your team of approximately 10 Engineers to do it "Right First Time". You will champion our organisational values, creating a positive and dynamic work environment, where innovation and teamwork thrive and passionately advocate for our brands. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day branch operations Delivering operational excellence to provide exceptional service to our customers Championing Health and Safety within the branch Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development Developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the branch Identifying risks to the business and ways to minimise these risks Ensuring that operational activities remain on time, within budget, and up to the company standards Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services by using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers About You A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within the trades and services industry, preferably within the agricultural sector Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with our existing team and clients Proficiency/knowledge in Microsoft suites, and experience using SimPRO would be advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities Want to know more?
