Permanent This role offers support and development for the right candidate looking to step up into management. Alternatively, a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in a market-leading organisation, with the children at the heart of their values and a dedicated, close-knit leadership team. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and must have experience working in a residential home for young people along with the appropriate qualifications. To ensure the home is a safe and homely environment. Managing taxing behaviours sympathetically. To ensure compliance with development, training, and supervision policies.
