To support the wider Paediatric nursing and medical team, by arranging training opportunities to up-skill all professionals on effectively managing young people's mental health needs.
To collate and submit data as part of the network/national mental health submissions requirements.

Person Specification
Registered Nurse or Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nurse with paediatric/adolescent experience in mental health or Equivalent Qualification
Experience in Eating Disorders, ASD / challenging Behaviours or Mental health Crisis experience.
Knowledge
Ability to independently develop and implement safety plans collaboratively with other agencies
Management of complex behavioural issues and eating disorders
Communication
You are able to communicate effectively with them and with other staff to ensure that their care, treatment and support are not compromised
Ability to motivate and lead others
Personal and People Skills
Ability to make decisions confidently within limits of own responsibility
Ability to provide cross cover where required
