Health Clinics Booking Advisor Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP Hybrid working (min 2 days pw in the office) Permanent - Full Time 37.5 hours per week, shifts between Mon to Fri 8am-6pm £25,000 pa + Fantastic benefits. We make health happen. Working in our UK support functions, you'll play a key part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. No matter your role, you'll have an opportunity to do work that matters, making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day. Within this role, you will be dealing with both new, repeat self-pay, and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission. How you'll help us make health happen: Taking incoming calls from customers wanting to discuss our range of primary care, MSK, and clinic related products. Responding to emails and resolving queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolution. Completing and processing customer bookings, generating revenue in order to hit your monthly target. Actioning changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner. Delivering excellent customer service, assisting each customer in booking clinics related products. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience of working in a customer service/sales environment. Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence. PC literate with good administrative skills and knowledge of Windows based packages. Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels. Ability to adapt to a high achieving sales team, taking responsibility for both individual and team targets. Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
