NHS Devon ICB is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Team. The successful person will provide administrative support to a small team of Commissioners and Nursing and Quality professionals which will include arranging internal and external meetings, collating, and inputting information on various systems, linking with external stakeholders from social care, health and other agencies in a matrix way of working. Main duties of the job

Providing administrative support to the Learning Disability and Neurodiverse Team Managing generic inboxes and ensuring appropriate onward distribution of requests and queries Arranging and setting up meetings – both face to face and Teams Recording of actions and chasing responses from meetings Linking with internal and external stakeholders to arrange Care Treatment Reviews and 8 weekly Safe and Wellbeing visits Person specification

Qualifications

Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience Experience

Experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems Keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy for minute taking and data input Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, OneNote, and Outlook Knowledge or experience of minute taking or note taking skills or willing to learn Understanding of Data Protection legislation Experience of working in a health care environment Skills

Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive, flexible and pro-active approach to work
