September 2025 . Our main base locations for the roles are UK, Italy, France, Germany and Hungary. As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around December 2024 - January 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email. What you’ll do: Program duration: Two years Rotations: Four unique six-month assignments Finance functions: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on. Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Controller, Finance Director) Qualifications: Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than
August 2025 Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience) Skills: Effective communication Proactivity and curiosity Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program We offer: Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.
