September 2025 . Our main base locations for the roles are UK, Italy, France, Germany and Hungary. As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around December 2024 - January 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email. What you’ll do: Program duration: Two years Rotations: Four unique six-month assignments Finance functions: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on. Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Controller, Finance Director) Qualifications: Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than
