The Role : As a Benefits Partner, you’ll: Manage the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience through effective support. Collaborate with vendors to guarantee competitive offerings and efficient service delivery. Analyse data, track utilisation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements and bring fresh ideas to enhance the benefits experience. Hands-on experience in benefits administration within a corporate setting. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
