An excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client team at a leading Dorset practice.
My client is seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer with ideally 2-5 years' PQE to manage a wide range of non-contentious corporate matters. The role will involve handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, and business reorganisations, often linked to private client tax planning.
The successful candidate will ideally have some exposure to commercial law and be eager to contribute to the growth of the firm by playing an active role in business development.
