Job Overview: We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Navcom to support our Senior Project Manager in delivering NAVCOM installation projects. As part of an international organization at the cutting edge of technology, you’ll play a key role in coordinating projects that are critical to our success. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery to internal stakeholders. Assist in bid activities and pre-sale tasks, including costings and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, field service engineers, and logistics, to ensure project success. Ensure seamless communication across all project teams and stakeholders. Contribute to the overall success of the project through proactive problem-solving and a customer-focused approach. Qualifications and Experience: A solid educational background. Experience in maritime electronic installation projects or engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a proactive and adaptable approach to work. Willingness to travel as required by the role. Experience in one or more of the following is essential: Radar, Navigation, GMDSS, Satellite Communications, ECDIS, AIS, UHF/VHF radio systems, or PABX/PAGA. Eligibility for SC Security clearance.
