Client Details My client has been serving the Greater Boston Construction Market for just shy of 20 years, beginning as a local roofing contractor and has now grown into a multi-faceted General Construction firm. They specialize in mostly Federal Construction Projects from $1M - $10M. They are very actively looking for a Project Manager to support a variety of ground up and renovations projects in the area. Description As the Project Manager you will: Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute to budget management by monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Assist in procurement activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation. Report and communicate effectively with Project Manager. Profile The successful Project Manager will have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred.
