18.75 per week Main duties of the job Herefordshire and Worcestershire NHS Trust are currently looking for a determined and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their team at Umbrella Pathway, Cover croft. If you are looking to expand your NHS experience and develop your skillset within a supportive team then we would like to hear from you! Within this role, you will be providing specialist psychological assessments to make complex diagnoses. You will conduct interventions with clients and then formulate and implement psychological treatment plans. As well as this, you will offer consultation and specialist psychological input to the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to contribute to client's formulation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Efficiently managing a caseload to formulate and implement strategies to meet your patients' goals. Working within or alongside a multi-disciplinary team to effectively assess and intervene with your patients' psychological needs. Mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including students. In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of: Relevant Qualifications Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable. Person Specification Qualifications Essential HCPC Registration Must have completed Clinical Psychology doctorate training and have some experience of working with children Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
